Olu is the Manager of the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance, a B3 (Black-led, Black-focused, and Black-serving) business incubator backed by York University and Black Creek Community Health Centre.

Olu currently servves as the Director of Community Economic Development for Black Urbanism Toronto, where he is working on establishing a commercial land trust to secure affordable commercial space for local main street busineses in Little Jamaica.
