After finishing his Bachelor of Science, Nick was introduced to the field of management consulting while completing his Masters of Management of Innovation at the University of Toronto. Joining the boutique firm, LBCG Consulting for Impact, Nick has worked in tandem with LBCG’s President and Founder, Steve Lough, rising to the role of Managing Director.

As the Managing Director at LBCG Consulting for Impact, Nick is leading numerous projects each year. As a full-service public sector management consulting firm, LBCG assists governments and organizations across multiple public service sectors at the local, regional, provincial and national levels. As we emerge from the Covid-19 Pandemic, LBCG has been leading many organizations through their strategic planning to help them navigate the challenging and evolving environment in which they provide their services. Last year, Nick led the strategic planning for nine organizations in the public health, child welfare and seniors’ housing sectors.

Nick focuses on collaborative frameworks, building evidence-based decision-making processes on the foundation of meaningful engagement and stakeholder buy-in. As a facilitator, Nick strives to empower each stakeholders’ voice by incorporating their insights in impactful ways and leveraging the collective knowledge brought forth by all perspectives. His facilitation has had him travel to five provinces, and to municipalities and First Nation communities across Ontario.
