Johnny is the Founder and CEO of appficiency after 20+ years in software sales and project consulting.

Appficiency grew from a basement office in Toronto doing ERP consulting to almost 200 people across 7 countries in 10 years while also creating one of the most successful software products on the Oracle platform.

Johnny is passionate about diverse topics related to improving our collective future. He has written a book on high school education, actively mentors high school and university students, and has enjoyed volunteering his time for cultural and social causes. He speaks both Burmese and English and likes to dabble in Italian. If you don’t find him creating the next software success story, you’ll find him writing about better ways to approach business education.
