Blair Haines

Blair Hains is an executive leader, with wide-ranging experiences in the private and public sectors, both Canada and the United States.  Blair strives to maximize communications and relationship-building opportunities to drive teams to design and implement innovative solutions aligning to business objectives.

Blair currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Education for Ontario.  Previously he held a similar role in the Ministry of Long-Term Care. In those roles, he is the primary political advisor to the Minister and is responsible for running a large team.  Prior to joining the provincial government, Blair led communications and community affairs for a mid-sized community hospital.

Blair spent 11 years living in the United States, just south of Philadelphia.  There he worked for a large pharmaceutical organization, leading corporate affairs and acting as spokesperson for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical brands.

Outside of work, Blair has led many election campaigns, is deeply involved in baseball and loves spending time at home with his wife, son and yellow lab!
