Named “Best Executive” in 2022 by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Magazine, Kelly has over 25 years of organizational and C-Suite leadership experience, across many industries.  She has held multiple Chief Financial Officer positions and brings a broad and unique background within Finance, Capital Investment, Enterprise Risk Management, Operations and Logistics.  Kelly has a consistent track record of developing winning strategies to realign resources, deliver operational excellence and improve profit margins.

Most recently, Kelly held the role of CFO at TELUS Health where she worked in tandem with the Finance and TELUS Health leadership teams to further the TELUS Health mission to be a leading global health and well-being provider.  Prior to that, Kelly held the CFO positions at Life Labs Inc.; Wolseley Canada Inc.; Purdue Pharma Inc.; and Janssen Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson.

Kelly brings a balanced approach to finances and growth, believing that growth requires strategic and measured investment.  She is a human-centric leader who advocates for people.  She believes the secret to facing any challenge is to surround yourself with a strong, diverse team.  With that foundation and collaborative work ethic, Kelly has proven time and time again that she and her team can overcome any obstacle.  She is a passionate and supportive leader cultivating her team to grow and develop themselves in a way that supports their own career pathing.
