Vic Gupta is CEO of CreateTO, which is shaping Toronto’s future through bold and impactful real estate solutions. A City of Toronto agency, CreateTO applies a strategic, city-wide lens to increasing the social, cultural and economic value of Toronto’s $27 billion dollar real estate portfolio.

Under Vic’s leadership, CreateTO has demonstrated huge impact and developed a strong, collaborative and high performing culture. Vic aspires to set the bar for public real estate solutions and public service, creating new models and impactful approaches in collaboration with elected officials, external partners and the public.

A respected city builder and advocate for the cultural sector, Vic serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors for Massey Hall & Roy Thompson Hall.

Prior to joining CreateTO, Vic was Principal Secretary to the Mayor of Toronto from 2014-2018. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two kids.
