The idea

Why Project Confidence?

While many candidates like new immigrants, BIPOC and women meet the professional qualifications needed in Canada, they struggle to secure jobs that require Canadian experience, which takes a long time to gain. To improve their employability, Project Confidence focuses on providing foundational leadership courses and exposure to these groups of the Canadian workforce.

Project Confidence focuses on providing the right skills and experience with specialization options based on job market demand, which are identified through official government data. Each individual will be completing the leadership foundation course or specialized courses through instructor-led live/virtual sessions. They will also have an opportunity to engage in a one-month long project with a Canadian Company.
