Dr. Ghalayini is a seasoned and innovative leader in the field of training and development. With over two decades of experience, he has honed his skills as a trainer, educator, and mentor, contributing significantly to the growth and success of organizations and individuals alike. Maher’s passion lies in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, and he is dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. Maher is currently the Senior Academic Administrator in the Ontario College system and facilitates learning in leadership, management at several GTA institutions.

Maher holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Master of Laws in Business Law from Osgoode Law School at York University, and a Doctor of Education in International Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
