This 2-month long program is designed to help participants find their own leadership style, strength, and desired impact. Participants will be placed in support groups that will help each other throughout their journeys. The program is divided into three parts:

  1. Developing self-awareness and a better understanding of personal values, capabilities, and resources
  2. Identifying desired goals and aspirations
  3. Building effective skills and action plans to achieve goals

Participants will walk away from this program with the self insight, , support groups, and increased confidence needed to reach their goals.
